RYAN HOLDEN
Ryan Holden is a sports and lifestyle photographer in his mid twenties with years of experience behind the lens and the founder of RCH Photography. Ryan specializes in capturing high-impact moments across NCAA Division I athletics- having covered games at over 40 D-1 institutions. He has covered Quinnipiac University athletics extensively, including conference championships and national-level playoffs.
His work is driven by a commitment to authenticity and focuses on storytelling through emotion and intensity— capturing not just what happened, but how it felt.
Education
He is an alumnus of Quinnipiac University’s School of Business, where he earned a double major bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics
Ryan is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Quinnipiac University
Although Ryan's degrees are in the Business field, he has focused on covering Quinnipiac athletics both at home and on the road along with additional sports media endeavors
Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network
Since 2023, Ryan has been a Photographer and contributor for the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network- covering all 16 teams that hold their home games on the Quinnipiac University campuses in the process. His work has been displayed throughout the QBSN magazine over the last several years- notably gracing the cover in the Fall 2023 and Fall 2024 issues. Ryan's work is also regularly shown by QBSN and Q30TV for various other uses including the QBSN website, social media graphics, and Q30 show graphics

Holden served as a Photography Intern for the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) during the 2025-26 season. He was assigned to cover the Norwich Sea Captains season on behalf of the league. His photos can be seen across NA3HL and Sea Captains digital platforms.
Ryan covered the 2026 ECAC Men's Ice Hockey Championship at historic Herb Brooks Arena and Olympic Center in Lake Placid, NY. He also covered the 2026 ECAC Women's Ice Hockey Quarterfinals between Quinnipiac and Brown.
By April of 2026, Ryan will have covered a game at every college in the MAAC, ECAC Hockey Conference, Ivy League, and at every Division 1 college in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island followed by every NCAA member institution in Connecticut.
