CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS FOR COMMERCIAL USE?
All photographs listed on this website by RCH Photography that are for sale and in our portfolio are exclusively for personal use and may not be used for resale, marketing, social media, or in any manner that would put you at at risk of breaking the rights reserved to our business and photographer.
If you book a photoshoot with Ryan, your photos may be used for commercial use, marketing, and social media.
Athletes whose photos are taken by Ryan, may use their photos for NIL deals and likewise personal branding; however, credit to RCH Photography and Ryan must be observed wherever possible.
Any inquiries regarding using Ryan's photos on this website for commercial use will be reviewed and a decision made on a case to case basis.
Exceptions to this rule may include inquires from individuals, groups, or teams looking to receive photographs from events RCH Photography covered that include the above mentioned party(s).
ARE ALL PHOTOS YOURS?
Yes! Ryan personally takes all the photography listed on this site. Ryan and RCH Photography own the rights to all photos used within any and all RCH Photography assets and any photo purchased will have his artist signature in a bottom corner to ensure the authenticity to both Ryan and RCH Photography.
WHY DO THE PHOTOGRAPHS HAVE A WATERMARK?
All photos shown in our store have a watermark before purchase to ensure that none of our photographs are downloaded without a purchase. Any photos shown in our portfolio with watermarking is to prevent unapproved third-party republishing of our photography.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PURCHASED PHOTOS?
Once you complete a purchase, you will instantly receive a link to download the photograph, your download link will also be emailed to the email address you provide with the order. The link will be valid for 30 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For all purchases of our stock images in our online photography store, returns are not provided. Once you pay for the photograph(s) that you wish to own, you will be able to download the photo without the watermark shown in the store. We can not track whether a buyer downloads the photographs and therefore returns will not be given.
Returns are not accepted for merchandise orders as all merchandise orders are custom made.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancelations for photoshoots must be done prior to 72 hours before the designated start time of your photoshoot. Cancelations made outside the 72 hour deadline are subject to a $40 fee. Cancelations within the 72 hour deadline are subject to our standard cancelation rate of $80, but some cancelations can see fees up to $150 depending on the size of the canceled assignment. If inclement weather is in the forecast for the day/time of your photoshoot, 24 hour notice must be given in order to reschedule and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Day of cancelations due to inclement weather are subject to our standard cancelation fee of $80. Verifiable extraneous circumstances are not subject to a cancelation fee. Cancelations due to a sports game being canceled are subject to up to a $40 fee.
CAN I GIFT A PHOTOGRAPH/PHOTOSHOOT TO SOMEONE?
We do not have a gift option; however, you can purchase the photo(s) you wish to give someone and use your own downloaded photo to send them. We also offer egift cards on our store which you can send to others and even specify the delivery date.

Veteran's Discount- 20% off photoshoots & 10% off online store
First Responders Discount- 5% off photoshoots & online store
Send an email to: rchphotographysales@gmail.com with proof of veteran or first responder status to receive unique one-time discount code for online store (each order will require a new code). Discounts for photoshoots will be applied to your invoice.
Currently we do not offer any additional discounts; however, we will be introducing bundle packages and price discounts based on quantity of photos/merch purchased in the future available for the general public.
DO YOU SELL PHYSICAL PRINTS?
No, at the present moment we are strictly a digital company and all photo sales are of downloadable files.
DO YOU OFFER MEMBERSHIPS TO YOUR SITE? WHAT DO I RECEIVE FOR BEING A MEMBER?

Being a member allows you to have faster and smoother checkout experiences. You can save addresses, payment information, and view your ordering history.
We are working on features that will give members special discount codes in accordance to our charitable dates for the American Heroes Initative and early access to new photo/merch releases.
WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL TURN AROUND TIME TO RECIEVE PHOTOS FROM A PHOTO SHOOT?
Depending on our client schedule, our turn around time varies.
Full payment is required within 21 days of the photo shoot and photos will not be delivered until full payment is received. RCH Photography reserves the right to withhold any and all photos if payment is not received within the contracted full payment clause.
We look to ensure that all clients receive their photos in due time and begin working on them as quickly as possible. The average customer should expect an up to roughly 7 day turn around to receive photos, given that full payment is received. Many customers will receive photos in less than the expected 7 days.
DOES RCH PHOTOGRAPHY HAVE A RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR CANCELATION CLAUSE FROM CONTRACTS & PROPOSED BOOKINGS?
Yes, RCH Photography operates at a high professional standard, and every session or coverage request is scheduled with careful planning, preparation, and intent. While every effort is made to fulfill all agreed-upon services, RCH Photography reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or withdraw from any confirmed or pending booking under certain circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Lack of confirmed details
If key information such as date, time, location, scope of work, or number of participants is not clearly finalized and agreed upon, the booking is not considered secured and may be released.
Non-payment or failure to meet deposit/payment terms
Sessions are only guaranteed once required payments are received. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation.
Schedule conflicts or overbooking
Availability is limited and operates on a first-confirmed basis. RCH Photography reserves the right to prioritize fully confirmed bookings.
Unsafe, inappropriate, or unprofessional conditions
This includes environments or situations that pose safety concerns, violate venue rules, or involve disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
Misrepresentation of the project or scope
If the nature of the shoot, usage, or expectations are significantly different from what was originally communicated, services may be withdrawn.
External factors beyond control
This includes severe weather, venue restrictions, travel limitations, equipment failure, illness, or emergencies that prevent coverage from being executed at the expected standard.
Failure to maintain communication
If communication is lost or inconsistent leading up to the session, and details cannot be confirmed in a reasonable timeframe, the booking may be released.
Creative or professional misalignment
RCH Photography reserves the right to step away from projects that do not align with its standards, values, or ability to deliver at the expected level.

In the event that RCH Photography must withdraw from a confirmed booking, notice will be provided whenever possible. If applicable, any payments made for services not rendered will be addressed appropriately.
